There are generally 2 thoughts on this subject when it comes to submissive males. 1)The males needs are of no importance at all, only my own, ergo who gives a rat's ass if they are happy so long as I gets mine. 2)The males needs must be met in order for them to be satisfied and continue serving me. I have given both prerogatives much thought, and my own personal stance lays in the grey area.
There seems to be many whom see want and need as interchangeable, which they are not. To understand one may look to maslow's hierarchy of needs with focus being upon the lowest tier. A human beings requires, air, food, water, sleep, and shelter from the environment to survive. Anything else is a want, not a need. Now some will attempt to argue that sex is a need, and to that I call BS. Monks, priests, and nuns have lived lives of abstinence, and guess what...they are doing just fine.
My opinion is that if a Domme connects with a like minded male, then needs(wants) no longer become the primary focus as they are in complete synchrony. I believe truly that a male submissive's happiness should be based upon the happiness of the one he serves. This is one of the reasons that it is crucial to take on only males that match a ladies wants well. As an example, if a lady loves delivering degradation, and she takes into her stable a sub that thrives on degradation, this becomes a win win scenario where both parties "needs" are met.
It really is simple. Accept only those whose interests intertwine with your own, this way both parties are happy. Ladies stop seeing dollar signs, because all of the money in the world will not keep a male serving you if you do not share common interests, and boys cease offering your service based solely upon tits and ass...get it through your skull that domination is more cerebral than physical.
